Endemol Shine Group Bolsters Group Commercial Partnerships Team

  • Kathryn Flood and Lawrence Pavely join Endemol Shine Group’s Commercial Partnerships team as Creative Strategists
  • Remit to include accelerating the growth of the group’s branded content and content marketing business
  • Flood and Pavely will report into Endemol Shine Group Commercial Partnership’s Head of Sales James Hayr

Global content creator, producer and distributor Endemol Shine Group today announced the appointments of Kathryn Flood and Lawrence Pavely as Creative Strategists within the Commercial Partnerships team.

Flood and Pavely’s remit will include developing international sales propositions for branded content in the TV and digital sectors. They will be tasked with generating new business sales and working with brands and clients locally and pan regionally, utilising the Group’s multi-territory reach.

Both roles will report into James Hayr, Head of Sales, Commercial Partnerships, who joined Endemol Shine Group at the start of the year, with overall responsibility for brand relations within Commercial Partnerships.

Flood joins from Hearst Media where as Global Business Director she worked across the Hearst portfolio on a number of key agencies including Mindshare and OMD. Pavely was previously Director of International Partnerships & Ad sales, EMEA, for Discovery Networks where he led the EMEA Discovery & Eurosport International sales team.

News of Pavely and Flood’s appointments follows news of Endemol Shine Group‘s content partnership with Marc O’Polo for their 50th Jubilee design collaboration with Robbie Williams and The Global Citizen Festival – Influencer Campaign from Endemol Shine Group for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
