Endemol Shine Group strikes first international deals for Your Home Made Perfect

Virtual Reality property format sold to the Netherlands and France

Global content creator, producer and distributor Endemol Shine Group today announces the first international deals for VR property makeover series Your Home Made Perfect.

Simpel Media, part of Endemol Shine Netherlands has been commissioned by RTL 4 to produce an 8 episode run of the format which will air in a primetime slot next year.

Meanwhile Endemol Shine France have been commissioned by TF1 Group to produce the series which uses cutting-edge VR technology and visual effects to radically transform the homes of contributors beyond their wildest dreams, without ever opening a can of paint or lifting a single brick.

Created by Endemol Shine UK’s Remarkable Television for BBC Two, the first five episodes launched on BBC Two in the UK earlier this year with a consolidated average audience of 1.58m viewers and a 7.7% market share and outperformed the broadcaster’s slot average for Adults 16-34 by +17% and Adults 35-54 by +29%.

Your Home Made Perfect will be among Endemol Shine’s highlights at MIPCOM 2019.

Your Home Made Perfect takes couples who disagree on the best design for their homes find a solution by using expert architects who are tasked with producing spectacular visions for their redesigned spaces. But before any decisions are made, they’ll get the chance to step into their newly transformed homes for the ultimate ‘try before you buy’ experience using VR technology. Whichever architect’s design they choose will be turned in to reality.
