Piper Perabo (Covert Affairs, Looper) and JJ Feild (Turn, The Romanoffs), as well as newcomer Frankie Hervey, are set to appear in Brown Eyed Boy productions and Green Door Picture’s Turn Up Charlie. The upcoming original comedy series, which went into production earlier this month for Netflix, will air globally and is currently filming in London. The series will also star the previously announced Idris Elba, who co-created and executive-produces alongside Brown Eyed Boy’s Gary Reich.

Turn Up Charlie centres on Charlie (Elba), a struggling DJ and eternal bachelor who is given a final chance at success when he reluctantly becomes a ‘manny’ to his famous best friend’s problem-child daughter.
